Every bag we open carries a farm name, a harvest window and a price we can defend out loud. If we cannot trace it, we do not pour it.

BeanProvenance
Coffee
Single-origin lots bought on long agreements rather than spot deals, so the farm knows next season is paid for. Roasted in small batches and served inside three weeks of the roast date.
Matcha
Shade-grown ceremonial grade, milled slowly so the leaf keeps its colour, and batch-tested for heavy metals before it ever reaches a whisk.
Milk & Water
Greek dairy from nearby farms, plant options that steam properly instead of splitting, and filtered water tuned for extraction rather than habit.
